Job summary

Godrej Indonesia is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse operations across RM, PM, spare parts, finished goods, and 3PL warehouses. You will drive inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and FIFO/FEFO practices while ensuring seamless support for manufacturing and customer fulfillment.

The role requires 10+ years in warehouse or supply chain within FMCG, with at least 5 years in leadership, and strong SAP/ERP and WMS exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, or related fields (Master's Degree is an advantage).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Warehouse, Logistics, or Supply Chain Operations within Manufacturing/FMCG.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing multiple warehouse functions.
• Proven experience managing Raw Material, Packaging Material, Spare Parts, and Finished Goods warehouses.
• Experience managing 3PL operations and warehouse service providers.
• Strong exposure to SAP/ERP, WMS, and warehouse improvement or automation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all warehouse operations across RM, PM, Spare Parts, Finished Goods, and 3PL warehouses.

• Oversee finished goods warehousing and dispatch to meet customer service requirements.

• Manage 3PL partners, including SLA, KPI, compliance, performance reviews, and continuous improvement.
• Drive compliance with EHS, GMP, audit requirements, and company policies.
• Lead cost optimization, productivity, automation, and digitalization initiatives.
• Develop high-performing teams through coaching, capability building, succession planning, and engagement.

Job Purpose

• Drive compliance with EHS, GMP, audit requirements, and company policies.
• Lead warehouse cost optimization, productivity improvement, automation, and digitalization initiatives.
