PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Warehouse & Distribution Sales Assistant Manager to drive business development in the W&D and 3PL segment from our Cibitung, Indonesia operation. You will identify logistics challenges and propose integrated warehousing, distribution, and contract logistics solutions to improve efficiency and performance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in 3PL or related sales, with strong English and proven ability to manage

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in 3PL, Contract Logistics, or Warehouse & Distribution.
• Experience handling strategic or large-scale customers within Freight Forwarding or Logistics.
• Currently at Supervisor or Assistant Manager level.
• Strong understanding of warehousing operations, inventory management, and contract logistics solutions.
• Ability to analyze logistics flows and evaluate site requirements.
• Experience preparing structured sales plans and business development strategies.
• Professional fluency in English for business communication and negotiations.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Proactive, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Identify and acquire new B2B customers within the Warehouse & Distribution and 3PL segment.
• Prepare sales plans, sales reports, and business development strategies.
• Conduct regular visits to customer offices and project sites to understand operational requirements.
• Develop tailored warehousing, distribution, and contract logistics solutions.
• Manage and maintain relationships with strategic and high-value customers.
• Support achievement of sales targets and revenue growth objectives.
• Collaborate with internal operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support customer meetings, negotiations, and logistics solution presentations.

Job Role

The Warehouse & Distribution Sales Assistant Manager is responsible for driving business development and account expansion within the Warehouse & Distribution (W&D) and 3PL segment. The role focuses on identifying customer logistics challenges and proposing integrated warehousing, distribution, and contract logistics solutions that improve operational efficiency and supply chain performance.

The position requires strong customer engagement, site-based analysis, and solution-selling capability to support strategic logistics projects and long-term B2B partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
