Job summary

PT Sanpota Batara Indonesia is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, maintain stock accuracy, and ensure timely delivery. You will lead a team, enforce SOPs, and coordinate with Sales, Admin, and Logistics to meet delivery schedules.

The role requires strong leadership, inventory control, problem-solving, and field willingness to work at BSD area with ERP/WMS experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum education SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3/S1 is a plus.
• At least 2 years in Warehouse/Logistics with team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse activities and supervise checker, picker, and helper.
• Ensure stock accuracy by reconciling physical inventory with system records.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound, putaway, picking, packing, and loading.
• Maintain safety, SOP compliance, and operational targets.
• Conduct daily briefings, training, and performance evaluations.
• Prepare daily inbound/outbound, stock, and productivity reports.
• Collaborate with Sales, Admin, and Logistics to ensure readiness and timing.
• Identify obstacles and implement corrective actions.

Lead the Warehouse. Control the Inventory. Deliver Excellence. As Warehouse Lead at PT Sanpota Batara Indonesia, you will lead warehouse operations for a B2B packaging specialist company. You will manage daily warehouse activities, ensure stock accuracy, maintain operational efficiency, uphold team discipline, secure inventory, and guarantee timely delivery to customers. This role requires strong leadership, inventory control, and problem-solving capabilities to oversee a high-volume distribution warehouse operation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, organize, and supervise daily warehouse team activities including checker, picker, and helper roles
• Assign tasks, prioritize work, manage productivity, and maintain team discipline
• Ensure all warehouse activities comply with SOP, safety standards, and operational targets
• Conduct daily briefings, provide work training, and evaluate team performance
• Ensure stock accuracy by verifying physical inventory against system records
• Execute cycle counts, periodic stock opname, and investigate stock discrepancies
• Oversee item placement, identification, labeling, and storage by category and location
• Implement FIFO/FEFO principles according to product characteristics
• Monitor damaged goods, returns, slow-moving items, and dead stock
• Supervise inbound receiving processes and verify quantity, type, specification, condition, and documentation
• Control unloading, checking, labeling, and putaway processes
• Organize picking, packing, checking, and staging priorities based on Sales Orders and delivery schedules
• Ensure prepared goods match customer orders in SKU, quantity, and condition
• Perform final checking before goods are handed to delivery team
• Coordinate with Sales, Admin, and Logistics teams to ensure goods readiness and schedule accuracy
• Optimize warehouse space utilization, item location systems, and inbound/outbound workflows
• Ensure cleanliness, security, and workplace safety in warehouse areas
• Identify operational obstacles and implement corrective actions
• Record all transactions and goods movement in ERP Accurate system within authorized scope
• Prepare daily reports on inbound, outbound, stock, productivity, and operational issues
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, delays, and operational risks to management

About you

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3/S1 in Logistics, Management, or related field is a plus
• Minimum 2 years experience in Warehouse/Logistics including team leadership or coordination experience
• Experience in distribution warehouse, FMCG, packaging, or manufacturing operations is a plus
• Understanding of inbound, outbound, picking, packing, inventory control, and stock opname processes
• Ability to manage workforce and handle high-volume warehouse operations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience with Accurate ERP or Warehouse Management System (WMS) is a plus
• Knowledge of FIFO, 5R, workplace safety standards, and stock control
• Strong leadership, good communication skills, and sound decision-making ability
• Honest, disciplined, responsible, detail-oriented, responsive, and high integrity
• Willing to work actively in the field and adapt to operational needs
• Willing to be placed in BSD, Tangerang Selatan
