Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee warehouse, logistics and production planning to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Role involves leading and developing teams, controlling costs, and maintaining health and safety compliance across all operations. Strong knowledge of WMS/ERP and inventory systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics coordination or production management within manufacturing or logistics environments.
• Proven track record of managing warehouse, logistics or production operations in fast-paced, multi-functional settings.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, WMS and logistics planning tools.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff at various levels.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse operational data, identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.
• Sound understanding of health, safety and environmental compliance requirements relevant to warehouse and logistics operations.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members, management and external partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.
• Indonesian language fluency (verbal and written).
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock rotation, and organisation of storage facilities to ensure optimal space utilisation.
• Manage logistics operations, including coordination of inbound and outbound shipments, route planning and transport scheduling.
• Supervise production planning and scheduling to ensure timely delivery of goods and adherence to quality standards.
• Lead, train and develop warehouse, logistics and production team members to maintain high performance standards and foster a positive working environment.
• Monitor and control operational costs, implement cost-reduction initiatives and maintain budgetary compliance.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety and environmental regulations and company policies across all operational areas.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for warehouse inventory, logistics activities and production metrics.
• Liaise with other departments and external stakeholders to coordinate operations and resolve operational challenges.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with operational standards.
