Job summary

AMV Shooting & Sport Bar 88 in Bali seeks a customer-focused Server/Waitress to deliver exceptional food and beverage service in a fast-paced nightlife setting.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of F&B experience, strong English communication, and familiarity with POS systems. You will assist guests with drink recommendations, manage table maintenance, and participate in upselling premium offerings on busy nights.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality/culinary education is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Server/Waitress in the F&B industry; bars/clubs experience preferred.
• Strong English communication and approachable demeanor.
• Basic experience operating POS systems.
• Basic knowledge of alcohol types, spirit brands, and popular cocktails.
• Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Food & Beverage service: serve cocktails, beer, wine, non-alcoholic drinks, and bar bites to tables promptly and accurately.
• Product knowledge: understand cocktail ingredients, alcohol types, flavor profiles, and provide drink recommendations.
• Active upselling: recommend premium spirits, signature cocktails, or bottle service packages to boost sales.
• Table & area maintenance: clear glassware, clean tables, and maintain a neat guest seating area continuously.

Job description

High school diploma or equivalent (vocational education in hospitality or culinary arts is a plus).

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Server/Waitress in the F&B industry (Bars and clubs experience are preferred).
