We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and multitasking Bartender Cum Waiter to join our hospitality team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages behind the bar while delivering exceptional dining service to guests at their tables. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about the food and beverage industry.

As a Bartender:

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages (coffee, juices, mocktails, cocktails) according to company recipes and standards.

Manage bar inventory, including monitoring stock levels of ingredients, fresh fruits, syrups, and beverages.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, tools, and glassware at all times.

As a Waiter:

Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables.

Present menus, offer food and beverage recommendations, and accurately take guest orders.

Deliver food and drinks from the kitchen and bar to guests' tables promptly.

Process payments (cash/cashless) and ensure smooth operation of the POS system if required.

Clear and reset tables efficiently after guests depart (bussing and setup).
