About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Waiters/Waitresses to join our hospitality team at PT Kuta Kasih Anugerah in Kuta, Bali. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional service in a dynamic hospitality environment. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable dining experiences for our guests whilst maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and courtesy.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting guests warmly and seating them at appropriately prepared tables
• Presenting menus and providing knowledgeable recommendations about food and beverage offerings
• Taking accurate food and drink orders from guests and communicating them clearly to kitchen and bar staff
• Serving food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring correct orders reach the right guests
• Maintaining impeccable table presentation and clearing plates and glassware between courses
• Checking in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and addressing any concerns immediately
• Processing payments and handling cash or card transactions accurately
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and service stations
• Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a waiter or waitress in a restaurant, café or hotel environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for customer service
• Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced, high-pressure situations
• Excellent attention to detail and memory for orders
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry multiple items safely
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette
• Flexibility with working hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are advantageous
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Basic numeracy skills for handling payments and calculating bills
