Professional appearance and demeanour, with a genuine commitment to customer service excellence

Basic numeracy skills for handling payments and calculations

Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays or items safely

Reliability and punctuality, with a flexible approach to working shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays

Knowledge of food and beverage service standards is advantageous

Fluency in English and Indonesian is desirable for communicating with international guests

A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop within a team environment
