Corner House Group in Seminyak, Bali, seeks a professional Waitress to join our hospitality team on a contract basis. You will deliver exceptional service, greet guests, take orders, and ensure smooth dining experiences in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and teamwork, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. English proficiency is required; multilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in waitress or similar hospitality role.
• Excellent communication and guest service mindset.
• Able to stay calm and professional in busy environments.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• English proficiency; multilingualism is a plus.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette.
• Positive attitude, reliability and teamwork.
• Familiarity with POS systems (preferred).

About the role

Corner House Group is seeking a professional and customer-focused Waitress to join our hospitality team in Seminyak, Bali. This is a contract position offering an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional service in one of Bali's most vibrant dining destinations. You will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests whilst maintaining the highest standards of service excellence. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your interpersonal skills and attention to detail will directly contribute to guest satisfaction and business success.

Key responsibilities

• Greeting guests warmly upon arrival and seating them in accordance with restaurant procedures
• Taking accurate food and beverage orders whilst providing knowledgeable recommendations
• Delivering food and beverages promptly and professionally to guests at their tables
• Ensuring all orders are accurate and meeting quality standards before service
• Maintaining knowledge of menu items, ingredients, allergens and pricing to assist guests with informed choices
• Providing attentive service throughout the dining experience, anticipating guest needs
• Clearing tables efficiently and discretely whilst maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
• Processing payments accurately and professionally
• Adhering to health, safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery
• Handling guest complaints diplomatically and escalating issues when necessary
