Must currently reside in Bali with at least 1 year in F&B, strong English communication, and a professional appearance. Shift work including weekends is required; interviews will be conducted in English. Duty meals provided; service charge applies.

About the Role:

As a Waitress, you will be the face of our restaurant. You will be responsible for ensuring every guest feels welcomed, receives efficient service, and enjoys their time at our establishment. We are looking for a proactive individual with excellent communication skills who currently resides in Bali.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming guests to their tables with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Present menus, provide food and beverage recommendations, and answer questions regarding ingredients or allergies.

Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar.

Serve orders to guests' tables in a timely manner and ensure the quality of the dishes meets our standards.

Process payments accurately and efficiently with POS/MOKA system.

Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area, workstations, and equipment.

Work harmoniously with the kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure smooth operations.

Handle customer complaints or feedback politely and seek immediate solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Must be currently living in Bali.

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waitress/Server in the F&B or hospitality industry (highly motivated fresh graduates are also welcome to apply).

Good communication skills in English are highly preferred to serve international guests.
