Job summary

Risata Bali Resort & Spa is seeking a professional Waiter (DW) to join our hospitality team in Badung, Bali. You will deliver exceptional dining experiences as the face of our restaurant, upholding the resort’s high standards and warm hospitality.

You will take orders, serve meals, maintain menu knowledge, and ensure smooth service while adhering to health and safety standards. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within the resort.

Qualifications

• Experience as a waiter or in a similar waitstaff role within a hotel, resort or fine dining establishment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• English proficiency; additional languages are advantageous.
• Proficiency in taking orders, serving techniques and basic POS systems.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with composure.
• Attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Taking food and beverage orders from guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Serving food and drinks to guests with precision and attention to detail
• Maintaining knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to provide knowledgeable recommendations
• Setting and clearing tables according to established standards and protocols
• Ensuring dining areas remain clean, organized and visually appealing throughout service periods
• Responding promptly to guest requests and addressing any concerns with professionalism and grace
• Processing payments and managing cash or card transactions accurately
• Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service delivery
• Adhering to health, safety and hygiene regulations at all times
• Supporting special events and banquets as required
