Job summary

Bokashi, part of LYD Bali Group in Bali, is seeking an energetic, friendly F&B service professional to join our team. Deliver excellent service, take orders, and serve according to our standards in a vibrant celebration-focused venue.

You will recommend menu items including wine and signature drinks, be mindful of allergies, maintain clean service areas, and work with the team to ensure smooth, guest-focused service in the evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position in restaurant, bar, beach club, or hospitality environment.
• Basic knowledge of wine, spirits, and food & beverage service standards.
• Basic understanding of food allergies and guest dietary restrictions.
• Able to communicate in English with international guests.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Well-groomed and committed to always radiate a positive energy.
