Job summary

PT Good Rupa group in Bali is seeking a friendly, polite Waiter/Waitress to join our team. You will greet guests, assist with menu selection, take orders, and provide fast, accurate service to ensure a positive dining experience.

You will work as part of a dynamic team, maintain dining area cleanliness, assist with payments, and support smooth restaurant operations. Basic English is required, and weekend or holiday shifts may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar position (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Disciplined, honest, and possesses a positive service attitude.
• Able to work in a team and in a dynamic environment.
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Basic English proficiency is a mandatory

Responsibilities

• Greet guests politely and assist them with menu selection.
• Take and communicate customer orders to the kitchen or bar.
• Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area and tables.
• Assist with the payment process and clear tables after customers finish.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
