Qualifications

• Business acumen, strategic thinking, logistics experience, and pricing understanding.
• 10+ years in B2B corporate sales or business development in logistics.
• Fluent English; Mandarin is a plus; strong leadership and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Formulate long-term strategies to grow market share across shipping lanes.
• Establish and lead the Business Development function with a clear strategy.
• Create periodic plans, monitor performance, and report to Top Management.
• Develop pricing strategies and manage quotes for profitability.
• Manage key accounts and expand cross-sell across freight, customs, warehousing.
