Job summary

The role involves managing key accounts, coordinating with internal teams, and driving growth through strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of sales or BD experience in logistics or related industries and fluent Mandarin for negotiations and ongoing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in logistics, express delivery, e-commerce, or supply chain.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients in the logistics industry and explore potential business opportunities.
• Lead business discussions with prospective clients, facilitate partnership development, and maintain ongoing business relationships.
• Develop logistics service solutions tailored to client needs and ensure successful implementation.
• Achieve the company’s assigned sales targets and business growth objectives.
• Lead commercial negotiations with clients regarding pricing, service solutions, and partnership terms.
