This role requires strong leadership, budgeting, vendor coordination, and a hands-on approach to maintenance, SOPs, and sustainability initiatives, with willingness to work weekends and relocate to Bali.

Oversee Daily Villa Operations– Manage and supervise all aspects of villa operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, guest services, and security.
Ensure Exceptional Guest Experience– Maintain high standards of hospitality by ensuring guests receive outstanding service, comfort, and satisfaction.
Staff Management and Training– Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise villa staff, including housekeeping, butlers, and maintenance personnel.
Manage Budgets and Expenses– Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and cost control to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.
Monitor Property Maintenance– Ensure the villa and its facilities (pools, landscaping, furniture, etc.) are well-maintained and in excellent condition.
Ensure Health and Safety Compliance– Implement and enforce safety regulations, hygiene protocols, and emergency procedures.
Develop and Maintain SOPs– Establish and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance villa efficiency and service quality.
Coordinate with Vendors and Suppliers– Manage relationships with suppliers for groceries, linens, amenities, and outsourced services.
Handle Guest Complaints and Feedback– Address guest concerns professionally and implement improvements based on feedback.
Market and Promote the Villa– Work with marketing teams or external agencies to attract guests through social media, travel agencies, and online booking platforms.
Supervise Special Events and Activities– Organize private events, parties, or special requests based on guest preferences.
Report to Management Director– Provide regular operational updates, financial reports, and guest satisfaction reports to stakeholders.
Implement Sustainability Initiatives– Promote eco-friendly practices such as waste reduction, energy conservation, and sustainable sourcing.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in villa, hotel, or hospitality operations management
Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills
Excellent understanding of villa operations, guest services, and hospitality standards
Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and improve operational efficiency
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest issues professionally
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
Proficient in operational systems, reporting, and basic computer applications
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Based in Bali or willing to relocate
