We are looking for an experienced Villa Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a premium villa property in Bali. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high service standards, coordinating operational teams, implementing SOPs, and ensuring smooth day-to-day property operations. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to respond quickly to operational issues.
Key responsibilities
Oversee daily villa operations and ensure consistent premium service standards.
Coordinate and supervise cross-functional teams, including Housekeeping, Engineering/Maintenance, Front Office/Guest Relations, and Security.
Implement, monitor, and regularly update operational procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in the company's Notion knowledge base.
Conduct regular staff training on premium hospitality and guest service standards.
Monitor stock levels of operational supplies, cleaning products, guest amenities, and other consumables.
Organize regular inventory checks and submit purchasing requests in a timely manner.
Ensure operational issues and guest-related matters are handled promptly and professionally.
Maintain effective communication between operational departments and management.
Provide daily operational reports directly to the General Manager.
Take a hands-on approach and personally support on-site operations when required.
About you
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Operations Manager, Villa Manager, Front Office Manager, or in a similar management position within the premium/luxury hospitality sector.
Previous hospitality experience in Bali is mandatory.
Proven experience managing cross-functional operational teams, including Housekeeping, Engineering/Maintenance, Front Office/Guest Relations, and Security.
Strong understanding of hospitality operations, service standards, SOP implementation, inventory control, and staff training.
Fluent English, both spoken and written, is required for communication with international guests and management.
Conversational Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred for effective communication with local staff.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proactive and systematic approach with excellent attention to detail.
High level of personal responsibility and emotional resilience in stressful situations.
