Job summary

Ventore Group Indonesia is seeking a Guest Service Agent to join the team in the Uluwatu area. The role focuses on delivering personalized guest experiences, welcoming arrivals, and coordinating check-in/check-out with villa staff.

Job Requirements

Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred, fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Strong communication skills in English (both spoken and written). Additional languages are an advantage.

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and service-minded personality.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiar with hospitality systems or basic computer skills.
