Job summary

Secluded Bali Villas in Bali is seeking an experienced AREA VILLA MANAGER to oversee operations for villas in Berawa and Seminyak. The role is ideal for a motivated and loyal professional with a background in villa or hotel management.

You will lead all guest-facing operations, manage villa staff, maintain high presentation standards, and ensure seamless service from arrival to departure while upholding luxury hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong leadership skills and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
• Eye for detail, able to spot and improve issues.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Good understanding of guest service standards in luxury hospitality.

Ensure excellent guest service by overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the guest experience, from pre-arrival planning to departure, including special requests and needs.

Manage all villa staff, including F&B, housekeepers, pool & gardener, and maintenance.

Direct day to day operations, maintain high standards of villa presentation and guest satisfaction, quickly address and resolve any issues.

Manage procurement and inventory control, ensuring that all necessary supplies and equipment are available and in excellent condition.

Requirements
