You will handle cleaning of guest villas, beds, bathrooms and outdoor areas, replenish amenities, report issues, and collaborate with the housekeeping team to maintain privacy and high standards for every guest stay.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Previous experience as a Room Attendant or similar housekeeping role is preferred.
• Basic understanding of cleaning techniques and hygiene standards.
• Good attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Honest, responsible and disciplined.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Basic English communication skills preferred.
• Willing to work in Uluwatu area.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest villas, bedrooms, bathrooms and outdoor areas to high standards.
• Make beds, replace linens, towels and amenities.
• Ensure rooms are neat, hygienic and well-presented at all times.
• Replenish guest supplies such as toiletries, minibar items and drinking water.
• Report maintenance issues, damages or lost & found items to supervisors.
• Follow cleaning schedules and SOPs.
• Handle guest requests politely and efficiently.
• Ensure privacy and security of guests while performing duties.
• Support deep cleaning tasks and periodic general cleaning.
• Work closely with the housekeeping team and other departments.
