Job summary

Triang Villas in Bali seeks an experienced Villa Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring top guest service standards and meticulous property upkeep. You will manage check-ins/outs, coordinate with vendors, and maintain strong owner communications.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in hospitality management, fluent English, budget/inventory expertise, and proficiency with PMS and OTA platforms. Flexible hours and frequent travel between locations are expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a managerial role in hospitality (villa, resort, or boutique hotel).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Good understanding of housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B service.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle guest inquiries, complaints, and VIP service with professionalism.
• Able to manage budgets, inventory, and daily reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property/villa management systems (PMS).
• Familiar with OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) and reservation systems.
• Well-organized and flexible working hours, including weekends or holidays if needed.
• Willing to travel frequently between villa locations.
• Available to join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily villa operations, ensuring high guest service standards and property upkeep.
• Ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes, offering guests a smooth and memorable experience from arrival to departure.
• Conduct regular inspections of the villa property to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors such as service providers and technicians.
• Handle guest requests and complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Communicate regularly with villa owners to provide updates on property performance and guest feedback.
• Implement safety and cleanliness protocols.
• Maintain compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
