Job summary

Bali Bliss Villa is seeking a hands-on Villa Operations Supervisor to lead daily operations for 14 luxury villas in Bingin and Uluwatu, Bali. This on-site role requires overseeing housekeeping, guest communications, and ensuring villas are guest-ready with high hospitality standards.

You will coordinate check-ins/outs, manage maintenance, and uphold Bali Bliss Villa SOPs. The ideal candidate has luxury hospitality experience, strong English and Indonesian, and willingness to work weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury villa or hospitality operations.
• Experience supervising housekeeping or operational staff.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of 14 villas (11x1BR, 3x2BR).
• Supervise housekeeping team and pool attendant; manage schedules.
• Check villa quality prior to guest arrival.
• Handle guest communications via Airbnb/Guesty and guest requests.
• Coordinate check-ins/check-outs and guest special requests.
• Identify maintenance needs and coordinate technicians.
• Ensure SOPs and quality standards are followed.
• Provide daily operational updates to Management.

Villa Operations Supervisor

Location:Bingin / Uluwatu, Bali
Position:Full-time

We are looking for ahands-on Villa Operations Supervisorto manage the daily operations of 14 luxury private villas in Bingin.

This is anactive onsite role. You will supervise the housekeeping team, communicate with guests and make sure every villa is clean, well maintained and guest-ready.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of 14 villas (11 x 1 bedroom and 3 x 2 bedroom)

• Coordinate and supervise the housekeeping team + poolattendent and daily schedule

• Personally check villa quality before every guest arrival

• Monitor and respond toAirbnb / Guesty messages and guest requests

• Coordinate check-ins, check-outs and special guest requests

• Assist guests and make sure problems and requests are fully resolved

• Identify maintenance issues and coordinate technicians/handymen

• Check pool, garden, linen, amenities and villa supplies

• Make sure Bali Bliss Villa SOPs and quality standards are followed

• Provide Management with a short daily operational update

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Has experience in luxury villa, 5*hotel or hospitality operations

• Has experience supervising housekeeping or operational staff

• Speaksgood English and Bahasa Indonesia

• Is comfortable communicating with international guests

• Is comfortable using WhatsApp and systems such as Airbnb / Guesty

• Is organised, eye for detail-oriented and has high hospitality standards

• Takes initiative, follows up and gets things done

• Is reliable, responsible and professional

• Preferably lives in or close toBingin / Uluwatu, must live in Bali already

• Is available to work weekends/public holidays according to the schedule
