Job summary

Bali Bliss Villa is seeking a hands-on Villa Operations Supervisor to manage daily operations for 14 luxury private villas in Bingin, Bali. This active onsite role includes supervising housekeeping, communicating with guests, and ensuring villas are clean, well maintained and guest-ready.

You will oversee the housekeeping team, respond to guest requests via Airbnb/Guesty, and coordinate check-ins/check-outs while maintaining Bali Bliss Villa SOPs and high hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury villa, 5* hotel, or hospitality operations.
• Experience supervising housekeeping or operational staff.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Comfortable communicating with international guests.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of 14 villas (11x1 bed, 3x2 bed).
• Coordinate and supervise housekeeping, pool attendant, and daily schedule.
• Check villa quality before guest arrival.
• Respond to Airbnb/Guesty messages and guest requests.
• Coordinate check-ins/check-outs and special requests.
• Assist guests and resolve issues fully.
• Identify maintenance issues and coordinate technicians.
• Ensure SOPs and quality standards are followed.
• Provide daily operational updates to Management.

We are looking for ahands-on Villa Operations Supervisorto manage the daily operations of 14 luxury private villas in Bingin.

This is anactive onsite role. You will supervise the housekeeping team, communicate with guests and make sure every villa is clean, well maintained and guest-ready.

Main Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of 14 villas (11 x 1 bedroom and 3 x 2 bedroom)

Coordinate and supervise the housekeeping team + poolattendent and daily schedule

Personally check villa quality before every guest arrival

Monitor and respond toAirbnb / Guesty messages and guest requests

Coordinate check-ins, check-outs and special guest requests

Assist guests and make sure problems and requests are fully resolved

Identify maintenance issues and coordinate technicians/handymen

Check pool, garden, linen, amenities and villa supplies

Make sure Bali Bliss Villa SOPs and quality standards are followed

Provide Management with a short daily operational update

We Are Looking For Someone Who

Has experience in luxury villa, 5*hotel or hospitality operations

Has experience supervising housekeeping or operational staff

Speaksgood English and Bahasa Indonesia

Is comfortable communicating with international guests

Is comfortable using WhatsApp and systems such as Airbnb / Guesty

Is organised, eye for detail-oriented and has high hospitality standards

Takes initiative, follows up and gets things done

Is reliable, responsible and professional

Preferably lives in or close toBingin / Uluwatu, must live in Bali already

Is available to work weekends/public holidays according to the schedule
