• Responsibilities listed are: handling unsecured mails on supporting documents and related customer emails.
• RMS follow-up, approvals and admin: assist service team to validate requests for accuracy before banking ops execution.
• Authorization: respond to service team queries on authorization and coordinate with acquiring banks for cancellations, supporting IVR/digital channel initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Managing unsecured mails on supporting documents, receiving dan sending email related customer request.
• RMS Follow Up, Approval & admin:Supporting service team to validate request customer to ensure accuracy & completeness prior execution by Banking ops or Card ops
• Authorization :Answering queries from service team related to Authorization process & managing acquiring bank for cancelling transcation. Involving contact center project to increase IVR & Digital channel penetration (Regeneration PIN CCIS & Report).
