Job summary

HSBC is seeking a Staff Fulfillment and Validation Analyst in Jakarta, to manage mail handling, document validation, and authorization queries within Banking ops. You will support service and card ops teams to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely processing of customer requests.

The role requires strong knowledge of banking products, English proficiency, and the ability to navigate Contact Centre processes and technology.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of banking products and features.
• Strong presentation and supervision skills.
• Proficient in English (written & spoken).
• Understanding of Contact Centre flow and expected outcomes.
• Knowledge of Contact Centre environments and related technology.

Responsibilities

• Managing unsecured mails on supporting documents and handling customer requests via email.
• RMS follow-up, approvals, and admin to validate requests for Banking ops or Card ops.
• Answering queries from service team related to Authorization process and coordinating with acquiring bank.
