PT Daya Alam Surya is seeking a Field Sales Executive to drive sales of installed solar systems for residential and commercial/industrial clients. The role centers on direct client visits, site surveys, proposals, and closing installation contracts.

You will qualify leads, present and size systems, prepare savings simulations, and negotiate turnkey installations while coordinating with engineering and CRM (Zoho). Fluency in Indonesian and English is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years or more of experience in sales/business development.
• Comfortable with consultative/technical selling and explaining ROI, payback period, and sizing to clients.
• Regular field visits and face-to-face presentations.

Aufgaben

• Search and qualify residential and C&I leads (hot/warm/cold).
• Conduct client visits, product presentations, and site surveys for sizing requirements.
• Prepare commercial proposals and savings simulations for prospects.
• Negotiate and close turnkey installation contracts for residential and C&I.
• Coordinate with Engineering for proposal accuracy and feasibility.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers and C&I partners.
• Manage lead data and sales status in CRM (Zoho).
• Represent DAS in meetings, site visits, and industry events.
• Monitor and report pipeline, conversion rates, and monthly targets.
