Job summary

PT Lesso New Energy is seeking a results-driven sales professional with 2+ years in related industries to drive growth in solar, electronics, and building materials. You will prospect, analyze needs, propose solutions and close deals while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Expect a fast-paced environment with clear targets; strong communication skills in English or Mandarin are a plus. Indonesian market experience is advantageous and a company-supported career path is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in solar panels, electronic components, building materials, or related industries.
• Good understanding of component products and the industrial needs of target customers in manufacturing and new energy sectors.
• Strong ability in customer development, negotiation and deal closing; manage full sales process end-to-end.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey features, benefits and value.
• Proactive in identifying customer needs and building long-term relationships.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and meet sales targets.
• Mandarin or English language skills are an advantage.
