Job summary

PT Lesso New Energy in Singkawang, Indonesia, is seeking a results-driven sales professional to grow our solar and energy components business. A Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of sales experience are required, with the ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to payment collection.

You will build strong customer relationships in manufacturing and new energy markets, negotiate deals, present product value, and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in solar panels, electronic components, building materials, or related industries.
• Good understanding of component products and industrial needs of target customers, especially in manufacturing and new energy sectors.
• Strong ability in customer development, negotiation, and deal closing; manage full sales process from prospecting, needs analysis, and solution recommendation to contract signing and payment collection.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; clearly communicate product features, benefits, and value to customers.
• Proactive in identifying and addressing customer needs and building long-term relationships.
• Able to work in fast-paced, target-oriented environment and consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
• Proficiency in Mandarin or English is an advantage.
