Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in solar panels, electronic components, building materials, or related industries.
• Good understanding of component products and the industrial needs of target customers, particularly in manufacturing and new energy sectors.
• Strong ability in customer development, negotiation, and deal closing, with the capability to independently manage the complete sales process from prospecting, needs analysis, and solution recommendation to contract signing and payment collection.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate product features, benefits, and value to customers.
• Proactive in identifying and addressing customer needs and capable of building and maintaining long-term business relationships.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment and consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
• Proficiency in Mandarin or English is an advantage.
