Job summary

Cahaya Jakarta Group in West Java seeks a Training Specialist responsible for creating and updating training materials that align with competency needs, planning internal and external programs, and coordinating sessions across all levels of the organization. You will maintain training documentation and reports, administer the LMS, and serve as a facilitator for programs.

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree, 2–3 years’ manufacturing training experience, and excellent written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Create and update training materials aligned with competency needs.
• Plan and run internal and external training programs.
• Coordinate and manage training sessions and workshops for all levels.
• Compile reports on training outcomes and recommend improvements.
• Assist in induction programs for new hires to convey culture and policies.
• Contribute to organizational development initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Administer and improve the learning management system (LMS).
• Serve as trainer or facilitator for specific programs.

Responsibilities:

• Create and regularly update training materials that align with the company's employee competency development needs, covering both soft skills (e.g., communication, teamwork, leadership) and hard skills (e.g., technical or job-specific knowledge).
• Plan and carry out internal and external training programs to enhance employee capabilities in line with company goals and competency standards.
• Coordinate and manage training sessions and workshops to support individual and team development across all levels of the organization.
• Compile reports on training outcomes, progress, and provide recommendations for future program improvements.
• Assist in conducting induction programs for new hires to ensure they understand the company’s culture, policies, and work environment.
• Contribute to organizational development initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency and performance of all business units.
• Administer and continuously improve the company’s learning management system to ensure effective and accessible training delivery.
• Serve as a trainer or facilitator for specific training programs according to personal expertise and competencies.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1) from a relevant major.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in training implementation or as a person in charge of training in a manufacturing company.
• Proven experience in developing and creating training materials.
• Experience as a Trainer (mandatory).
• Experienced in creating training reports and maintaining training documentation.
• Proficient in operating a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Detail-oriented and thorough in completing tasks.
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiar with presentation tools such as PowerPoint and Canva.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willing to be Placed in Jababeka 2 - Cikarang, West Java
