Job summary

Cahaya Jakarta is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition professional to join our team in West Java. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, source candidates actively, and collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and selection criteria.

In this role, you will drive recruitment strategies via portals, social media, and events, analyze metrics, and support onboarding to uphold Cahaya Jakarta's employer brand in a manufacturing/B2B setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, Business, Management, or related field.
2–3 years of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing or B2B.
End-to-end recruitment experience and active sourcing.
Experience with portals, LinkedIn, social media, networks; ATS is a plus.
Ability to define job descriptions and selection criteria; collaborate with hiring managers.
Strong interviewing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to analyze recruitment metrics (Time to Hire, funnel, source effectiveness).
Excellent verbal and written communication; strong relationship-building.

Key responsibilities

Collaborate with leaders to understand recruitment needs and develop job descriptions.

Develop and implement recruitment strategies through various media, such as the company website, social media platforms, and job portals.

Manage the selection process from CV screening, interviews, to job offers.

Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and educational institutions.

Organize and attend recruitment events such as job fairs and webinars.

Analyze recruitment data to improve processes and strategies in collaboration with leaders.

Coordinate with the OD & HC team to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Maintain the company's image through effective employer branding.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business, Management, or a related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, preferably in a manufacturing or B2B environment.

Hands‑on experience in end‑to‑end recruitment and active sourcing.

Proficient in using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, professional networks, and other digital sourcing platforms. Experience with ATS is an advantage.

Ability to develop job descriptions, define selection criteria, and collaborate effectively with hiring managers.

Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to analyze recruitment metrics such as Time to Hire, recruitment funnel, source effectiveness, and hiring conversion.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Strong relationship‑building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.

Creative and proactive in developing recruitment and sourcing strategies.

Ability to multitask, prioritize recruitment needs, and manage time effectively.

Good understanding of labor market trends and talent sourcing strategies.

Willing to be placed in Jababeka 2, Cikarang, West Java.
