Job summary

Cahaya Jakarta Group is seeking a proactive Industrial Engineering graduate to join our production team in Indonesia. You will learn end-to-end production flow, monitor daily activities, and support targets through data analysis.

You will collect and validate operational data, prepare reports, coordinate with departments, and escalate issues to supervisors. Willingness to be placed in Cikarang and strong Excel skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering is required.
• Fresh graduates welcome; internship in production is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
• Ability to understand production processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Proactive, with initiative and ownership; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and coordination in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand end-to-end production flow and operational processes.
• Monitor daily operational activities to ensure targets are met.
• Collect, validate, and analyze data to identify issues and opportunities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with related departments; communicate progress to the Supervisor.
• Identify issues via data analysis and escalate for decision-making.
• Follow up on corrective actions and monitor progress.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and project reporting.
• Collaborate with teams to understand process flow and cross-functional operations.
• Build understanding of production activities and business processes through hands-on work.

Job Descriptions :

1. Understand the company’s end-to-end production flow and operational processes across relevant functions.
2. Monitor and support daily operational activities to ensure production processes run effectively and efficiently according to established procedures and targets.
3. Collect, compile, validate, and analyze operational data to identify issues, trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
4. Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, data, and documentation.
5. Coordinate and follow up on routine operational activities with related departments, and communicate progress, issues, and follow-up status to the Supervisor.
6. Identify operational issues through observation and data analysis, provide supporting data for problem analysis, and **escalate** issues requiring further analysis or decision-making to the Supervisor.
7. Monitor corrective actions assigned by the Supervisor and follow up on their progress.
8. Identify potential process and operational improvement opportunities and provide data and information to support improvement initiatives.
9. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and monitor and document the implementation of approved improvements.
10. Support various operational projects assigned by the Supervisor, including preparing required data and documentation, coordinating assigned activities, and reporting project progress and issues.
11. Work closely with different teams to understand process flow and cross-functional operations.
12. Build a strong understanding of the company’s production activities and business processes through hands-on experience.
