Job summary

Cahaya Jakarta Group is seeking a PPIC professional to manage daily to monthly production schedules and monitor material availability at our Delta Silicon 3, Cikarang facility. You will collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Sales teams to ensure on-time manufacturing and delivery.

The role requires a Diploma (D3) and at least 3 years in PPIC within manufacturing, with strong Excel skills and ERP exposure.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) in Industrial Engineering, Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of PPIC experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory control, MR planning and production flow.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ERP experience a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, good communication, detail-oriented, team player.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on demand and capacity.
• Monitor raw materials and packaging availability to ensure smooth production.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse and Sales to execute plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules to meet delivery targets.
• Analyze inventory levels and optimize stock to minimize excess inventory.
• Prepare planning reports and update ERP data.
• Track customer orders to ensure on-time production and delivery.
• Support continuous improvement in planning efficiency and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Diploma (D3), preferably in Industrial Engineering, Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC) in the manufacturing industry.
• Good understanding of production planning, inventory control, material requirement planning (MRP), and production flow.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel. Experience using ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, good communication skills, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work well in a team.
• Willing to be placed at PT Cahaya Jakarta Packaging – Delta Silicon 3, Cikarang.
