Job summary

Cahaya Jakarta Group is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition professional to drive end-to-end recruitment for a manufacturing and B2B environment. You will develop job descriptions, build candidate pipelines, and manage selection from screening to offers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business, management, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, preferably manufacturing or B2B.
• Hands-on end-to-end recruitment with active sourcing
• Proficient with job portals, LinkedIn, and ATS

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders to understand recruitment needs and develop job descriptions.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies across media channels.
• Manage selection process from CV screening to job offers.
• Build relationships with candidates and educational institutions.
• Organize recruitment events such as job fairs and webinars.
• Analyze recruitment data to improve processes with leaders.
• Coordinate onboarding with the OD & HC team.
• Maintain the company image through employer branding.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders to understand recruitment needs and develop job descriptions.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies through various media, such as the company website, social media platforms, and job portals.
• Manage the selection process from CV screening, interviews, to job offers.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and educational institutions.
• Organize and attend recruitment events such as job fairs and webinars.
• Analyze recruitment data to improve processes and strategies in collaboration with leaders.
• Coordinate with the OD & HC team to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Maintain the company's image through effective employer branding.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, preferably in a manufacturing or B2B environment.
• Hands-on experience in end‑to‑end recruitment and active sourcing.
• Proficient in using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, professional networks, and other digital sourcing platforms. Experience with ATS is an advantage.
• Ability to develop job descriptions, define selection criteria, and collaborate effectively with hiring managers.
• Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze recruitment metrics such as Time to Hire, recruitment funnel, source effectiveness, and hiring conversion.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
• Creative and proactive in developing recruitment and sourcing strategies.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize recruitment needs, and manage time effectively.
• Good understanding of labor market trends and talent sourcing strategies.
• Willing to be placed in Jababeka 2, Cikarang, West Java.
