Job summary

You will maintain training documentation and reports, administer the LMS, and serve as a facilitator for programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2–3 years of training implementation in manufacturing.
• Proven ability to develop training materials and reports.

Responsibilities

• Create and update training materials aligned with competency needs.
• Plan and run internal and external training programs.
• Coordinate and manage training sessions and workshops for all levels.
• Compile reports on training outcomes and recommend improvements.
• Assist in induction programs for new hires to convey culture and policies.
• Contribute to organizational development initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Administer and improve the learning management system (LMS).
• Serve as trainer or facilitator for specific programs.
