Cahaya Jakarta Group, a leading labeling and packaging company in Indonesia, seeks a Head of Human Capital Development. You will lead organizational development, talent development, learning and development, and recruitment initiatives, aligning HC to business growth in a manufacturing context.

The role requires 5+ years in HC leadership, strong competency development and stakeholder management, plus excellent English communication.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HC/HR leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of competency development, talent management and OD.
• Excellent leadership, communication and analytical skills.
• Willing to be placed at Jababeka 2, Cikarang.

Aufgaben

• Lead and drive Human Capital Development strategies covering Organization Development, Talent Development, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition.
• Develop and implement competency development frameworks, talent management systems, and succession planning programs.
• Design and execute organization development initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and performance culture.
• Manage learning & development programs including training needs analysis and leadership development.
• Develop effective talent acquisition strategies, talent pipeline and employer branding initiatives.
• Analyze organizational structure and development needs to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with management and department heads to align HC strategies with business direction.
• Monitor HC metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve recruitment and people development.

Job Description:

• Develop and implement competency development frameworks, talent management systems, and succession planning programs.
• Design and execute organization development initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness, employee capability, and performance culture.
• Manage learning & development programs including training needs analysis, leadership development, and employee capability enhancement.
• Develop effective talent acquisition strategies, talent pipeline, and employer branding initiatives to ensure timely fulfillment of high-quality talent.
• Analyze organizational structure, manpower capability, and development needs to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with management and department heads to align HC strategies with business direction.
• Monitor HC metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve recruitment effectiveness and people development initiatives.
• Foster a strong performance-driven, agile, and continuous improvement culture within the organization.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position within the manufacturing industry related industries.
• Strong understanding of competency development, talent management, and organization development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical thinking skills.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
