Job summary

Mapan Group is seeking a Training Trainer/Facilitator to support the implementation of training programs for outlet and head office employees. You will create, develop, and update training modules, manage schedules and attendance, and prepare effectiveness reports.

Travel to branches will be required. The role requires a bachelor's degree in psychology, management, or education, 1–2 years in L&D, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work across multiple branches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Education, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of Learning & Development or Training experience (retail or F&B preferred).
• Comfortable wearing makeup in a professional work environment.
• Understanding of end-to-end training processes (Training Need Analysis, module design, training delivery, evaluation).
• Experience creating training materials (modules, videos, e-learning, presentations).
• Strong communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage training across multiple branches/outlets (coordination, administration, monitoring).
• Willing to travel for branch training support.
• Administrative and data processing skills (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
• Creative, proactive, talkative and able to work both independently and in teams.
• Preferred: basic graphic design skills (Canva/PowerPoint) or video editing for training materials.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of training programs for outlet and head office employees.
• Create, develop, and update training modules according to business needs.
• Manage training schedules, attendance, and training implementation reports.
• Conduct training administration and prepare training effectiveness reports.
• Facilitate basic training delivery (new employee induction, refresher training).
• Execute the training programs as a Trainer/Facilitator.
