Job summary

BYD Indonesia is seeking a Training & Development specialist to design and implement training programs aligned with business needs. You will manage training plans, oversee execution and reporting of the training system, and support annual training needs and budgets.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and proficiency in English and Mandarin. This on-site role offers opportunities to develop employees and improve organizational capabilities within the Indonesian

Responsibilities

• According to the company's human resources management system and the business needs and management requirements of the business department and department, manage all kinds of training and employee development plans.
• Carry out all kinds of training and development work to improve the knowledge and skills that are extremely important to employees.
• Responsible for supervising, executing, and reporting the operation of the training system of the business department.
• Responsible for assisting the investigation department with the annual training needs, formulating and following up on the annual training plan and budget plan according to the needs.
• Responsible for the establishment and improvement of relevant training regulations and assessment methods.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
