Job summary

Qualifications

Job description

Organize and deliver engaging retail training programs through both offline and online sessions.

Conduct training sessions in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Localize global training materials to suit the Indonesian market and business needs.

Create engaging and interactive learning experiences, including gamification-based training methods.

Develop, update, and maintain training materials based on product launches, business strategies, and operational requirements.

Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, role plays, quizzes, and participant feedback.

Monitor training progress, maintain training records, and prepare training reports and performance analysis.

Collaborate with Retail Operations and cross-functional teams to identify training needs and support employee capability development.

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any major.

Minimum 3 years of experience as an Internal Trainer, Retail Trainer, Learning & Development Specialist, or related role.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Experience in retail, consumer electronics, smartphone, or gadget industry will be highly preferred.

Familiar with gamification techniques and modern learning methodologies is a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Familiar with collaboration platforms such as Feishu or similar tools.

Excellent presentation, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Creative, engaging, passionate about learning & development, and able to deliver impactful training sessions.
