PT. Virtus Visio Vortexa (Holding) is seeking an experienced Trainer to design and deliver training programs that align with business needs. You will train new hires on standards, operations, service, and SOPs, and provide coaching to ensure skill application.
Hands-on training covers food prep, customer service, health & safety, and product knowledge. The role includes promotion assessments, regular product refreshment trainings, and developing engaging materials while continuously improving
Design and deliver training programmes tailored to business and employee needs.
Conduct new hire training covering company standards, operations, service, and SOPs.
Deliver hands-on training in food preparation, customer service, health & safety, and product knowledge.
Conduct promotion assessments to evaluate employees' competency and readiness for the next position.
Conduct regular product knowledge refreshment training in line with SOPs.
Develop engaging training materials, assessments, learning activities and continuously improve programmes.
Provide coaching and follow-up to support skill application and employee development.
Conduct regular outlet visits for training, coaching, observation, and performance assessment.
Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify training needs and align programmes with business objectives.
What we're looking for:
Proven experience as a Trainer or Learning & Development professional in the FnB industry.
Strong knowledge of FnB operations, SOPs, product knowledge, customer service, and food safety.
Experience in new hire training, competency assessment, and employee promotion assessment.
Excellent skills in developing training materials, facilitation, presentation, coaching, and assessment.
Proficiency in developing and delivering training through various methods and technologies.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement.
Willing to conduct regular outlet visits.
