Staffinc is seeking a Training Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate training across SPG, MD, Sales, and frontline teams. You will conduct offline training and field coaching, using role plays and simulations to raise competency and performance while aligning with business targets.
The role requires strong presentation and communication skills, experience in FMCG training, and willingness to travel extensively to project areas. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.
Design, develop, and implement training programs based on business needs and company targets.
Deliver effective training to SPG, MD, Sales, and frontline teams covering, Product Knowledge, Selling Skills, Customer Handling. Merchandising & Display, Sales & Target Achievement and Product Presentation.
Conduct offline training and field coaching in assigned areas according to project requirements.
Conduct role plays, coaching sessions, simulations, and assessments to enhance the competencies and performance of SPG/MD.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Analyze sales performance, training needs, and competency gaps to identify appropriate training requirements, approaches, and methodologies.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure effective training implementation and achievement of business targets.
Develop and prepare training materials, modules, presentations, assessment tools, and regular training reports.
Provide on-the-job coaching and field assistance to ensure the effective application of training materials and standards in sales activities and merchandising execution.
Ensure frontline teams understand and are able to apply product knowledge, selling techniques, customer service, and retail execution in accordance with company standards.
Be willing to undertake extensive business travel based on project requirements and assigned areas.
Developing Key Performance Indicator and Standard Operating Procedure
Experience Minimum 1–3 years of experience in FMCG, preferably in Modern Trade / General Trade.
Minimum 1 year experience as Trainer / Learning & Development / Sales Trainer.
Strong knowledge of FMCG products, sales process, merchandising, and retail execution.
Experienced in delivering training related to Product Knowledge, Selling Skills, Customer Handling, Merchandising & Display, Sales & Target Achievement
Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
Able to conduct role play, coaching, and assessment for SPG/MD.
Able to analyze sales performance and training gaps and create appropriate training programs.
Willing to conduct offline training and field coaching across assigned areas.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
Target-oriented, proactive, confident, and able to work independently.
Willing to travel extensively according to project requirements.
