Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design and implement learning programs that boost employee competency, productivity, service quality, and overall performance. You will analyze training needs, build curricula, and coordinate programs across outlets to ensure consistent delivery.
The role requires strong presentation and facilitation skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and experience with LMS/HRIS.
We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist who will be responsible for developing and implementing learning programs to improve employee competency, productivity, service quality, and performance.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) based on business and competency requirements.
Develop training programs, modules, materials, and learning curriculum.
Plan and coordinate training activities for employees at various levels.
Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
Develop training programs for service, operational, leadership, and product knowledge.
Support training preparation for new outlet openings.
Coordinate with internal trainers and operational teams to ensure training effectiveness.
Conduct pre-test, post-test, skill assessment, and training evaluation.
Monitor training attendance, completion, and competency development.
Develop training matrix and Individual Development Plan (IDP).
Prepare regular training reports and learning analytics.
Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.
Support employee development and leadership development programs.
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Management, Education, Human Resources, Hospitality, or related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, HR Development, or related roles.
Experience in F&B, hospitality, retail, or multi-outlet business is preferred.
Experienced in developing training modules and learning programs.
Strong understanding of Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and training evaluation.
Experienced as a trainer/facilitator is highly preferred.
Good presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Experience with LMS/HRIS is a plus.
Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Willing to travel to outlets when required.
