Job summary

Mapan Group is seeking a Training & Development coordinator to support the rollout of employee training across outlets and head office. You will develop, update and execute training modules aligned to business needs, and monitor schedules and attendance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years in L&D or Training (retail or F&B preferred), with strong communication. Travel to branches is required; proficiency with Excel/Sheets and basic Canva/PowerPoint is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Education, or related field.
• 1–2 years experience in Learning & Development / Training (retail or F&B preferred).
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva/PowerPoint) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of training programs for outlet and head office employees.
• Create, develop, and update training modules according to business needs.
• Manage training schedules, attendance, and training implementation reports.
• Conduct training administration and prepare training effectiveness reports.
• Facilitate basic training delivery (new employee induction, refresher training).
• Coordinate with HR, Operations, and Store Managers to meet employee training needs.
