Job summary

BINA NUSANTARA is seeking a Training Coordinator to manage pre-training logistics, organize customized programs, and coordinate with vendors and facilitators in Jakarta. The role requires ensuring materials, attendance, and calendars are prepared and aligned with training modules.

Responsibilities include preparing training reports, distribution of certificates, maintaining records, and driving continuous improvements within the training function.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree
• Minimum 2 years of working experience

Responsibilities

• Prepare scheduling process for lecturers and team (pre-training)
• Organize preparation of customized training programs and related documents
• Input participants database to system and update training calendars
• Coordinate vendor requirements, venues, dates, and logistics
• Ensure training materials are prepared and ready for execution
• Brief facilitators and align training modules with materials
• Provide training reports, evaluations, and certificates
• Maintain training records and client satisfaction indexes
• Suggest improvements and support Quality Management System
