Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• Experience in training, facilitation, operations, or coordination is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
• Comfortable working in a field-based environment.
• Familiar with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
• Conversational English is preferred.
• Willing to travel between Jakarta and Tangerang.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and ensure training activities run smoothly and meet operational requirements.
• Prepare and maintain training attendance and operational reports.
• Monitor training activities in the field and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Manage and coordinate Driver Instructors.
• Deliver training sessions in classroom settings.
• Coordinate with Sales, Productivity, and other internal teams to support training execution.
• Identify operational issues and follow up on necessary actions.
