Gokomodo in Indonesia seeks a Training Coordinator to manage training programs and Training Center activities according to the approved calendar. You will prepare schedules, batch arrangements, participant lists, and coordinate with trainers, HR, and operations to ensure smooth execution.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in HR/Management or a related field, 2–3 years of experience in training or L&D, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Education or related field.
• Relevant training/L&D certification is an advantage.
• 2–3 years of experience in Training & Development, Training Coordinator, L&D, HR, or Training Center operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation of training programs and Training Center activities according to the approved training calendar.
• Prepare training schedules, batch arrangements, participant lists, and training requirements; collaborate with trainers, HR and Operations.
• Manage day-to-day Training Center operations and ensure facilities are prepared for sessions; arrange logistics as needed.
• Coordinate participant registration and attendance; ensure information on schedules and requirements is communicated.
• Prepare and maintain training administration documents (materials, assessments, completion records, certificates).
• Coordinate pre- and post-training assessments and monitor participant performance; provide data to L&D Supervisor.
• Coordinate with internal and external trainers and Operations to align schedules and resources; maintain good communication with stakeholders.
