Qualifications

• Experience coordinating schedules, venues and materials for training programs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and pre-stage training activities, including lecturer scheduling and program customization.
• Coordinate venues, equipment, food & beverage, and participant lists during training.
• Prepare training reports, evaluations, and certificates after sessions.
• Maintain training calendars and liaise with vendors and instructors.
