Job summary

Cermati is seeking a proactive Training & Ops Coordinator in Jakarta to design, deliver, and evaluate training for weekly operations teams. You will coordinate with Ops leaders, report to the L&D Manager, and run refreshment programs as needed to ensure capability and consistency across the operations floor.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in training or HR-related roles, with strong public speaking, PowerPoint, and communication skills, and a team-oriented

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business, or related field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in training or HR-related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and evaluate weekly Ops training for new joiners and existing employees.
• Coordinate with Ops leaders in training delivery.
• Report directly to L&D Manager for any Ops Training Activity (Daily, Weekly & Monthly).
• Facilitate refreshment program if needed.
