Job summary

Everbest Group is seeking a Learning &Development professional to lead sales training initiatives across its retail network in Tangerang. You will design and implement training programs, coach frontline teams, and collaborate withSales leaders to close capability gaps.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in Learning & Development or Sales Training, with strong analytical, facilitation, and presentation skills, and fluency in English considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, HR, or Psychology.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Sales Training, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Training Needs Analysis, instructional design, learning methodologies, and training evaluation.
• Proven ability to design and deliver training programs for sales or frontline teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement sales training strategies aligned with business objectives and sales targets.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify capability gaps and develop targeted learning plans.
• Design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs, modules, and coaching initiatives for sales teams.
• Develop training materials, SOPs, competency frameworks, and other learning resources to support sales capability development.

Onboarding & Talent Development:

• Lead onboarding, induction, and talent development programs for sales and frontline teams.
• Partner with Sales leaders to accelerate people development and close capability gaps.

Performance & Training Effectiveness:

• Monitor sales KPIs and evaluate training effectiveness to measure learning impact on business performance.
• Analyze performance gaps and recommend targeted development initiatives to improve sales capabilities and results.

Training Team Management:

• Lead, coach, and develop the training team to ensure effective program planning and execution.
• Ensure consistent training standards and quality delivery across all sales teams and locations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with Sales, HR, and other relevant stakeholders to align training initiatives with business and people development needs.
• Manage training budgets, resources, and external training partners to ensure quality delivery and measurable outcomes.

We’d love to hear from people with:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Sales Training, or related field, preferably in retail, apparel, FMCG, or multi-outlet business
• Strong knowledge of Training Needs Analysis (TNA), instructional design, learning methodologies, and training evaluation
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs for sales or frontline teams
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to connect training initiatives with business performance
• Fluent in English is an advantage
