Job summary

Erajaya Swasembada, Tbk. is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to design and implement programs focusing on fashion retail and store operations.

The role emphasizes translating business needs into practical learning solutions and ensuring consistency across multiple stores. You will conduct Training Needs Analysis across operations, sales, customer service, and leadership while collaborating with Brand teams and HR to optimize program impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business Management, Retail Management, HR, Education, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Learning & Development, Retail Training, Store Operations, or related function.
• Strong knowledge of the Fashion Retail industry.
• Strong understanding of retail store operations, including sales, customer experience, SOP, merchandising, inventory and performance.
• Experience with fashion retail brands or multi-store retail operations is highly preferred.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs for retail/store employees.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Willingness to conduct regular store visits and work with operational teams.

• Conduct regular store visits to observe practices and identify learning gaps.

• Work closely with Store Operations, Retail Management, HRBP, and Brand teams to ensure learning programs are aligned with business requirements.
• Develop learning materials, training modules, facilitator guides, assessments, and other learning tools.Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using appropriate learning and business performance indicators.
• Analyze training results and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Establish learning standards and ensure consistent implementation of learning programs across stores.
• Conduct regular store visits to observe operational practices and identify learning and capability gaps.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Learning & Development, Retail Training, Store Operations, or a related function.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the Fashion Retail industry is required.
• Strong understanding of retail store operations, including sales processes, customer experience, store SOP, merchandising, inventory, and store performance.
• Previous experience working with fashion retail brands or multi-store retail operations is highly preferred.
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs for retail/store employees.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, are mandatory.
